These terms are the agreement between you and VOID Trader for use of our website and platform. Please read them carefully. By accessing the site or using the platform, you agree to them.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VOID Trader website and platform (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by A2Z Digital Solutions LTD, the company that owns the VOID Trading Terminal (“VOID Trader”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria (RC 9457814) with its registered office in Lagos, Nigeria. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VOID Trader is trading-platform software, not a broker, dealer, exchange, or proprietary-trading firm. We do not offer, hold, custody, or manage money or trading accounts, and we are not a counterparty to any trade. Live and evaluation accounts are issued and administered by the brokers and prop firms (“operators”) that run their desks on the platform. A direct sign-up on our site provides a free, no-deposit demo so you can explore the app. The demo is a technology preview for evaluation only: its data and results may be simulated, it is not a funded or live account and gives no entitlement to one, and we may change, limit, or withdraw it at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and any trading you do through an operator, is lawful where you live. The Service is not offered to anyone barred from using it under applicable law or sanctions.
You may not use the Service if you are the target of economic sanctions administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States (OFAC), or Nigeria, or if you are located in a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions. You are responsible for complying with the export-control and sanctions laws that apply to you.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Tell us promptly at security@voidtrading.io if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or restrict an account to protect the Service or comply with the law.
If you trade as a client of an operator, your funded or evaluation relationship, including deposits, withdrawals, account rules, evaluation targets, fees, and payouts, is between you and that operator, under their terms. We provide the software the operator uses; we are not party to that relationship and are not responsible for an operator’s decisions, solvency, or conduct. Questions about your account, funds, or a specific rule should go to your operator.
We do not verify, license, or endorse any operator, and we make no representation about their regulatory status. Some operators may be established in jurisdictions that give clients less protection than your own. Before you open or fund an account, it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that the operator is authorised and appropriate for you.
You agree not to:
You may connect tools or AI agents to your account using API keys you mint, including over the Model Context Protocol. You control each key’s scope (read, or read and trade) and can revoke it at any time. You are responsible for everything done with your keys, including any orders an agent places. Keys route through the same risk checks and audit as the app; they do not bypass your limits, but they act with the authority you grant, so issue and store them carefully.
The Service, including any data, tools, indicators, alerts, or agent output, is provided for information and execution only and is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice and not a recommendation to trade. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Consider taking independent advice before you trade.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by VOID Trader or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service as intended while these Terms apply. Content you create (such as journal notes or chart layouts) remains yours; you grant us the licence we need to host and display it to provide the Service.
Feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback about the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use it for any purpose, with no obligation or payment to you. We may already be developing similar ideas.
The Service relies on third parties for things like market data, news, email, hosting, and, where enabled, external order execution. Their content and availability are outside our control, and their own terms may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services, and reference to them is not an endorsement.
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, perform maintenance, or impose limits, and market data may be delayed or inaccurate. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data delays, or errors, to the extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or that the Service will be accurate, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOID Trader is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold VOID Trader harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or others. Terms that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law, continue after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
Compliance and lawful requests. We may disclose information, restrict access, or suspend activity where we reasonably believe it is required by law or necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful use, and we may do so without prior notice where the law requires. Where you trade through an operator, that operator is responsible for identity checks, anti-money-laundering, and the other regulatory obligations that attach to the account it issues.
Assignment. We may assign, transfer, or novate these Terms to another entity, for example as part of a reorganisation or a sale of the business; your continued use after we do so is your acceptance. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Entire agreement. These Terms are the whole agreement between you and VOID Trader about the Service and replace any earlier understanding on that subject. Nothing in them excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Severability and waiver. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stay in effect. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it.
Events beyond our control. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms as the Service or the law evolves. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms? For a complaint about the Service itself, contact us at hello@voidtrading.io; complaints about your account, funds, or trading should go to your operator.
